Tia-Clair Toomey is not competing at @rogueinvitational this year after still having back issues which almost put her out of contention for the 2022 CrossFit Games.

Leading into the Games, Tia had a bad back injury which was impacting her training. Two weeks out of the Games, Tia and Shane had doubts if she would even compete.

Taking a slow approach to getting back into training and ensuring her back gets the recovery it needs, it looks like Tia’s first off season competition will be @downunderchampionship where she is competing in a team of 3, along side Brooke Wells and Ellie Turner.
