Down Under Championship 2023 – Dates and Info

March 27, 2023

The WIN Entertainment Centre, Wollongong, NSW will again be the host to the 2023 Down Under Championship (DUC), from 1-3 December, 2023. The 2022 Down Under Championships was a highlight on not only the Australian CrossFit off-season, but it caught attention worldwide.

The calibre of athletes was second to none last year, with the likes of Australian athletes Maddie Sturt, Katelin Van Zyl, Jay Crouch, Ricky Garard and Khan Porter taking the floor, however it was the ‘Men at Work’ team who quickly became crowd favourites from USA, Noah Ohlsen, Chandler Smith and Saxon Panchik.

The event will again host international and local athletes across Elite Individuals, Elite Teams, Intermediate Teams, Master’s Divisions and Adaptive Athletes, but we are also excited for the new ‘Futures’ division for 16–19 year-olds. Last year saw over 380 athletes take the floor, while there were over 10,000 attendees.
